Description
Patanol 0.1% is a sterile ophthalmic solution consisting of olopatadine hydrochloride. Patanol eye drops are commonly used in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (also referred to as hay fever conjunctivitis). Through the modulation of H1 receptors, it inhibits the actions of endogenous histamine, thereby relieving itchy and watery eyes.
