Exchanges If you require an exchange for a defective or damaged product, please contact us. Please note that we only replace Goods that were initially received in a defective or damaged condition.

Gifts If the Goods were identified as gifts at the time of purchase and were subsequently shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be dispatched to You.
