Customized or personalized items. Perishable Goods or those with expired dates. Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery. Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items, post-delivery. We retain the right to decline returns at our discretion if they do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges If you require an exchange for a defective or damaged product, please contact us. Please note that we only replace Goods that were initially received in a defective or damaged condition.
Gifts If the Goods were identified as gifts at the time of purchase and were subsequently shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be dispatched to You.
If the Goods were not marked as gifts at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to present to You later, We will refund the gift giver.
